Convenient and good location, 10 min walk to the PATH station

This is such a perfect setup when traveling with friends or family. The two rooms are completely separate but side by side on the same floor, so everyone has their own space and privacy while still being just steps away from each other. The rooms were beautiful, modern, incredibly spacious, and have great views. The bathrooms were HUGE with plenty of room to get ready for a night out. What I loved most was how peaceful and private it felt. We never heard elevators, parties, or hallway noise, yet you’re only a short indoor walk from MGM Grand, the casino, restaurants, shopping, coffee, and the Strip. You can access everything without even going outside, which is amazing in the Vegas heat. There’s also basically everything you could need right downstairs, and complimentary valet was a huge bonus since we rented a car. The staff was wonderful as well. It truly felt like having a quiet, spacious retreat from Vegas while still having everything Vegas offers right at your fingertips.

The check in instructions was easy, and very flexible options for early check in which is a huge plus! My group was visiting for a bachelorette and they absolutely loved the space. Everything we needed was there, and only a short uber to the strip. Would stay again!

10/10 - Would definitely recommend!! I was traveling to my son’s wedding with my 90 year-old mother and this home was absolutely perfect! We had more space and bedrooms than we needed, but I knew that when I rented it. If I ever travel back to visit with my children and grandchildren, I will definitely try to rent this house again! Everything was clean and extremely comfortable, and the neighborhood was lovely. Best of all, our host, Shawn, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful.
