We had a great time and everything was communicated very clearly plus the host was also comfortable to allow us check-in an hour before. The Hoboken area is actually very peaceful and quiet. The waterfront has extremely scenic skyline views and must visit in the evening or take packed dinner to the green area. local joints and bars in Hoboken area are also great to visit. One has to be ready to walk from the path station to the Appartment. Sometimes, when you come late night, it gets little too much to walk around 15 mins but this is what you get for this price. However it’s a safe area and we had a pleasant walk. We would have also loved if we had separate trash bins for dry and wet waste and would have also loved if we had little salt /pepper/ cooking oil to start our day with. I’m sure these are small things and can be easily incorporated. Whole foods and Acme are 10 - 15 mins walking distance from the Apartment. Overall a recommended place.

We’re a family of 4 with 2 highschool boys in town for a basketball tourney at the Convention center. We had a great experience with our stay. The place is very clean. Bed is comfortable. The pool is clean and perfect size for active teenage boys. The location is great and seems to be 10min drive from good off-strip restaurants. The host is very communicative and responsive. Everything is as described in Airbnb. Well definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have asked for better hosts! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early, which made our long drive so much easier. They also surprised me with a gift card for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my trip even more special. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond, and they were always responsive and friendly throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a wonderful Airbnb experience. The place was great, the pool was clean, as well as the house. The Las Vegas strip is within 10-20 minutes from the house. It is in a nice neighborhood and the host was very responsive and polite. They got back to me and answered any questions I had within 10 minutes.
