Excellent location, just a short drive to the strip. My sisters and I had an amazing time hanging out by the pool. The communication with Mahin was prompt and friendly. Overall a super clean house. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. We enjoyed the game room and not to mention a good night sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

First and foremost, I wanna mention that the pictures do not do the inside of the house justice, when we walked in, it almost felt like we were in Japan! The team was Super responsive, they answered any and all questions and when problems did occur, they had someone come out to fix the problem within a couple hours. From the stay, to the team that runs this rental property, I just wanna say you deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you, and if we ever come back to Vegas, we know where we’re gonna look to book first!

Friendly and reliable communication with our host, room smelled lovely, bathroom stocked for his and hers, clean comfortable furniture, awesome bathtub with jets, stocked kitchenette. I would definitely stay again!

The host was super responsive and friendly! Everything looked like it did in the pictures and they were super accommodating. The location is far enough from the strip so it’s not super busy but also close enough to where everything was a 15 minute drive at most. My friends and I had an amazing stay and I definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic location with MGM amenities and a hotel feel while being off the strip far enough for some peace and quiet yet still extremely walkable.

We had a great time and everything was communicated very clearly plus the host was also comfortable to allow us check-in an hour before. The Hoboken area is actually very peaceful and quiet. The waterfront has extremely scenic skyline views and must visit in the evening or take packed dinner to the green area. local joints and bars in Hoboken area are also great to visit. One has to be ready to walk from the path station to the Appartment. Sometimes, when you come late night, it gets little too much to walk around 15 mins but this is what you get for this price. However it’s a safe area and we had a pleasant walk. We would have also loved if we had separate trash bins for dry and wet waste and would have also loved if we had little salt /pepper/ cooking oil to start our day with. I’m sure these are small things and can be easily incorporated. Whole foods and Acme are 10 - 15 mins walking distance from the Apartment. Overall a recommended place.
