Everything you need. Public transit very conveniently located to get to and from NYC. Very clean and well kept rental. Enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this Airbnb just east of the Strip—close enough for a quick Uber ride but still nice and quiet. The neighborhood has a classic 1950s feel, while the home itself is fully remodeled with tasteful mid-century modern décor and was spotless. Even in 110-degree heat, the AC kept the house perfectly cool. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the spacious pool, which was clean, refreshing, and maintained with an automatic vacuum. The solar pool lights made nighttime swims extra fun, and there were plenty of loungers and towels. The kitchen was well stocked (including K-cups), the ice maker worked great, and the living room furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The layout was ideal for our group. We heard mixed reviews from our various Uber drivers on safety in the area, but we experienced no issues and the neighborhood felt very quiet to us. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back!

I had an amazing stay on 1st street. It was so easy to walk to the Path station (15 min)with lots of options to grab something to eat on my way into the city. There's also a bus stop even closer that will get you to the city as well. Area is quiet and it's helpful to have a small store on the corner in case you forget anything or need a snack. Unit was easy to access and rep was very responsive with my questions as I made the reservation the same day as I was to check in. I wouldn't suggest doing that but I appreciate their flexibility and quick communication. I loved the space. I felt so comfortable and at home. I didn't need much but it had everything I needed, I honestly wish I could have stayed longer.

Shawn’s home was an excellent place for our family stay. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated with modern mid-century decor, furniture, and well-laid out to give us all plenty of room. The pool was clean and refreshing with plenty of towels. Loved the updated, stylish bathrooms. The added couch in the living room was a pleasant surprise and especially nice for extra seating. Shawn was very accommodating to our requests and check-in was super easy. Would stay here again if coming to Las Vegas.

The apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, conveniently located and well stocked with what we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The place was pretty comfortable! Very clean. The neighborhood is nice and walkable areas. Kitchen lacks the basic cooking needs, but is well equipped in tools. Need to do some shopping if you are going to stay long. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

Clean house, fun game room, great massage chair! Everything we needed 20 mins from vegas & 1 hour from lake mead! Host was great, entry was easy & neighborhood was nice! I will book again when in the area!
