The house was really nice and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, dish soap, paper towels, extra garbage bags and real kitchen towels. Salt and pepper were also stocked. The owner was very responsive to questions, and there was garage access. Rideshare was easy and only about 15 mins from everything. We also had plenty of options for doordash. We would choose this place again if we ever came back!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really enjoyed our stay! The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out, with gorgeous updates and a newly renovated feel. The pool and backyard area were definitely a plus and made our stay even more enjoyable. Shawn was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the beautiful space. We would definitely recommend this home to others!
The property management team definitely hold themselves to a higher standard. The house was perfect. It looked just like it did in the photos. The check-in was easy. Location was perfect. It's close to all the stores. You really feel like it's your home. I would definitely rent from them again. There is not one bad thing I have to say about management or the property!
Stayed here with a group of 7 girls. We loved being right next to each other. Hard to find a nice hotel with amenities and guarantee rooms next to each other without resort fees. The kitchen had all the plates and utensils we needed to cook and eat with if we wanted to. Easy check in and checkout process. Great communication with the host. Loved the amenities of the various MGM pools. Free valet parking. The only suggestion would be to offer more bath towels for guest, especially if they know how many people will be staying at the suite. I’m sure we could’ve asked, and easily got another one for our 7th person, but there were small beach towels that we used instead. Overall we had a great stay !
Our stay was absolutely amazing! We had a group of 7 girls stay for a bachelorette and it was perfect. Private pool. Great location (~15m drive to strip). If you’re looking for a vegas trip but with a bit of privacy and fun away from the strip but still close enough to enjoy, this is your spot!! Would absolutely stay again. Communication was phenomenal. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great Airbnb for our bachelorette party
The interior of the house is very nice with comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, and a well appointed kitchen. The pool was nice and clean. The distance from the strip was great. The neighborhood is okay (not the best) but it was quiet and we had no issues whatsoever during the entire stay. A great bonus with this place is… the private pool with no cameras, unlike most other places in Vegas. Overall… nice place and would stay again.
Had A Great Time & Stay at Shawn's Place. Clean, Safe, Great Location & Proactive. Would Highly recommend & would definitely look to stay again my next visit.
