Had a great time at Shawn's unit at MGM signature. Incredible views and patio and felt it was better than the pictures showed. Is initially confusing to walk out of the property to get to Las Vegas Blvd/the strip and neighboring properties, but that's Vegas for you. Had one tiny issue at the unit with the kitchen sink which the host quickly fixed. Really enjoyed the chill pools at MGM signature which never felt overcrowded. Will definitely try to stay at this unit again in the future.

I can’t express enough how beautiful this home is. It’s beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed. Shawn and his team were so on point. Answered every question, welcomed us, and made sure we had everything we needed. They even sent me Crumbl cookies for my family and I for my birthday. My kids totally loved the pool. I loved the feel of the neighborhood it was absolutely beautiful and very quiet. The home was extremely spacious, bathrooms were huge. Home was spotless. Kitchen was a hit with me especially because I love to cook. I will be returning soon. We just loved everything about this home. Thank you Shawn for being an amazing host.

The stay was good and the location was close to places we wanted to visit while in town. Anytime there was a question, the host was very catering and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Vegas in the future.
Great location! My girlfriends and were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are updated and was spotless. Shawn was very helpful and quick to respond. We will be returning!
This house was great! No matter where you wanted to go, it was always about a 15-minute drive away. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here!
Great stay in Las Vegas! Centrally located and easy to get to all the fun things Vegas has to offer. Pool and hot tub were fabulous for the kiddos to play in. House was very clean and cute.
