The team was super responsive and helpful. Our flight was delayed many, many hours due to weather and I was afraid that by getting to the apartment so late, if I had any issues finding it or getting in that I wouldn’t be able to reach someone for support at 2am. So, I reached out ahead of time to see if that would be a problem (in the event that I had any issues) and she said they fielded calls and texts thru 0200 (pacific time), so she’d be available. Got in with no issues but it was just nice knowing that I could get help if I had needed it! Friendly, kind, understanding & prompt with responses! Finally, upon checking out, the cleaning crew arrived as we were wrangling our luggage and they helped us carry our bags down the flight of stairs ~ they went above and beyond! :)

I’ve stayed at The Signature several times the the condos never disappoint! Super comfortable, huge master bathroom with plenty of counter space (we have 3 girls getting ready in the same space). It was clean, the views from the patio are great and we loved the usage of MGM pools and beach club! Would stay here again and again!

Shawn’s rental was clean and looked just as shown in the pictures! The location was perfect, and the pool was beautiful and so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider staying again. Highly recommend!
