Shawn's place was a GREAT find! We frequent Las Vegas often and have always wondered about staying at the Signature MGM Grand. Shawn's units were clean, comfortable and located perfectly. Shawn was a great host and always so responsive. We will definitely be back!

Was a perfect stay for my family and I. We were close to the Vegas strip and not far from the Grand Canyon. The pool was definitely a highlight for our vacation too! We would definitely book again :))

Four of us stayed here for a business conference we attended locally. It worked very well for our needs! Great communication and an excellent host overall!

What a fantastic Vegas experience. I took my family of 5 to Vegas and booked through this property. I've been so many times and never considered VRBO until recently, and this was an absolute gem. Shawn is fantastic and communication was near-instant. The view was great, k-cups in each room with full cutlery, plates, cups and plenty of privacy. We made breakfast and mimosas in our room then wandered down to the MGM pool complex which is included with the room. Valet was complimentary and they can actually drive stick! 3 bathrooms/showers made getting ready a breeze. The only small downside is the walking, but the people movers spit you out right at the MGM pool complex and the monorail is literally around the corner, which can take you all the way up the Strat hotel if you wanted. I highly recommend this property if you have a party of 5 or more.

The room was beautiful and looked just like the photos. The view from the balcony was amazing. I will definitely come back.

Pictures do make it look bigger than what it actually is but all in all was a great location and a nice place.

The home was absolutely adorable and comfortable. Managers were attentive to needs and response time was quick and accommodating. Thank you would definitely rent again if I’m in town.
